Conclusion of the agreement
When you buy a subscription to www.arkitekturogdesign.com, you enter into an agreement with Forlaget Kunst A/S.

When you have made a purchase, you will receive a receipt as documentation for the agreement by e-mail. On your profile page at https://app.iteras.dk/magasinetkunst/ you can see your receipts at any time and whether your subscription is active. In addition, you can print receipts for all your purchases on your profile page.

How your subscription works
If you have purchased a subscription to a physical magazine, this will be sent no later than the publication date.
Unless otherwise stated, the subscription is ongoing, i.e. that after the introductory period it will automatically continue at the current normal price until terminated. Current normal prices can be seen at www.arkitekturogdesign.com.

You must be over 18 years of age to be a subscriber. If you are under the age of 18, we need your parents' or guardian's consent.

Payment
If you choose to pay your subscription with a credit card or MobilePay, you also accept that Forlaget Kunst can automatically withdraw money from your credit card each time the subscription is renewed. You are responsible for updating your payment information if your credit card is blocked or expires. You can do this on your profile page at https://app.iteras.dk/magasinetkunst/

If you have not updated your payment information in time, your subscription will be charged via giro card.

You can also choose to register your payment with Betalingsservice. When registering for Betalingsservice, we will automatically ensure that the money is withdrawn from your account each time your subscription is to be renewed, unless you have canceled your subscription in time.

If you have chosen to pay your subscription via giro card, we will send this to you by email - or if you have not provided an email address, it will be sent as a separate letter by post. Please pay this deposit slip before the due date. In case of non-payment, a reminder letter is sent with a fee of DKK 100 per PCS. We will send you a total of three reminder letters. If you still haven't paid for your subscription, we will send the amount due for collection to debt collection.

Introductory offer and purchase of gift subscription
If you have not previously had a subscription to a magazine, you can take advantage of an introductory offer if it is offered. If you have previously subscribed to this magazine, you cannot take advantage of an introductory offer at the same delivery address until six months after your last subscription has ended at the earliest. Avoiding this may result in demands for payment and/or termination of the subscription.

Purchase of gift subscription
Gift subscriptions are valid for one year and continue until terminated, unless otherwise stated in the offer. Deposit slips are sent to the original payer.

The right of withdrawal for the purchase of a gift subscription is 14 days. If you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, please contact our customer service. For more information see the next section on the right of withdrawal. If a magazine has already been sent to the gift recipient, this magazine will be set off and the remaining amount refunded to the gift giver.

Gift subscriptions can only be given with delivery in Denmark, and cannot be exchanged for other current offers.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your subscription purchase within 14 days. The right of withdrawal is calculated from the time you receive your first magazine or a gift card code. If you placed your order on Monday the 1st, you have until the 15th. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, a Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, you can wait until the following weekday. The right of withdrawal is respected if you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

You can only use your right of cancellation if you have not yet used your subscription. In practice, this means that you have not received a magazine. If you want a refund of the value of your gift subscription, the payment will be made to the gift giver and this will be done through direct contact with Customer Service.

If you want to make use of your right of cancellation, you must - before taking the subscription into use and before the end of the 14-day period - notify Forlaget Kunst in an unequivocal written statement.

Forlaget Kunst will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your notice of cancellation. ATTENTION! You are responsible for postage costs yourself.

Termination
You can choose to cancel your subscription at any time at the end of the current subscription period.

If you wish to cancel your subscription with shorter notice (but at least one month's notice), please call us. If there is a commitment to the subscription, it can only be terminated after the commitment has expired.

Cancellation of the subscription takes place on your profile page at https://app.iteras.dk/magasinetkunst/. Here you can also see when your current subscription period expires. You can also cancel by sending an email to our subscription service at: abonnement@arkitekturogdesign.com

Failure to pay or refused receipt of magazine is not considered termination of subscription and does not exempt you from payment.

Changing your information
Do you have changes to your subscription, e.g. address changes, change of payment period, registration for Betalingsservice and more, this can be done on the profile page at https://app.iteras.dk/magasinetkunst/ or by email to abonnement@arkitekturogdesign.com. It is your own responsibility to inform us of address changes, as we are not automatically notified of this. Changes must be notified no later than three weeks before they are to come into force. The same applies to temporary address or holiday address.

Introductory offers and offers that include a welcome gift
If your welcome offer contains a gift, this will be sent no later than three weeks after your payment has been registered.

If you take out a subscription with an accompanying welcome gift, where the recipient's address is different from the payer's address, the gift is always sent to the payer. However, this does not apply if the payer is resident abroad. In this case, a subscription can only be taken out without a gift.

If you have not collected the package within the time limit, it can be resent for a fee of DKK 75 to cover postage and handling.

The package will be delivered with GLS or Postdanmark, so it is therefore important to provide the correct address, e-mail and mobile number.

We reserve the right for sold-out gifts.

When you give a subscription as a gift to someone else, the subscription continues until it is terminated, unless otherwise stated in the offer. Deposit cards are sent to the original payer.

Copyrights
All content in both the physical magazines as well as all other content related to the provision of these services belong to Forlaget Kunst or third parties. Any copying, distribution or other use of this content is prohibited without the written consent of the rights holders of the content. As a customer, you have no rights to commercially use, sell, resell, reproduce, distribute or promote this content. You also have no rights of use that require a license for public display. You may only use the content for personal use. Unauthorized use may involve a breach of applicable legislation, and Forlaget Kunst reserves the right to prosecute you for such violations.

Changes in terms and prices
Publisher Kunst can continuously change the subscription prices. Price increases will only take effect for the subsequent payment period on your subscription. You can thus terminate the subscription in accordance with the general termination rules for your subscription at the end of your current payment period, without the price increase thus affecting you.

Forlaget Kunst can continuously change and adapt the subscription conditions. In the event of significant changes, you will receive a notification via e-mail. In the event of significant changes, the agreement can be terminated with 14 days' notice with effect from the change taking effect.

Personal data
Personal information is treated confidentially and stored under secure conditions in accordance with applicable legislation. You have the right to access your personal data. Electronic inquiry
When you create a subscription, you also give us your consent for Forlaget Kunst to contact you via e-mail with instructions on how to get the most out of your subscription as well as information about updates, changes, content and the like. relating to. the subscription. You can unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to abonnement@arkitekturogdesign.com

Disputes
Disputes must be resolved amicably. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the dispute can be submitted to an appropriate appeals body or settled in Danish courts and according to Danish law. A complaint can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus https://kpo.naevneneshus.dk/. The EU Commission's online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Receipt of a complaint about a missing magazine must be made within 8 weeks.
